I ordered a "free" trial that required my credit card to pay for shipping in the amount of $4.95 and $5.87. On 2/2, I was charged for $89.95 and $79.95. I called the number numerous times and was placed on hold for a long time. I finally got through yesterday and I spoke to Gillian who told me that there would be no refund b'c I did not cancel within 14 days. I never rec'd this "free" trial. He told me that he has proof that product was rec'd. I told him I never singed for anything. He told me no need for signature but the postal sender is proof enough that I rec'd product. I never rec'd "free" trial and why are they charging me for this horrific amount of money? The cancellation policy is buried somewhere in that "free" trial posting. This is a major scam and I want my money back. There are a lot of people who have complained about this company and someone has to do something about it.Show more
