Girl said she needed help offering personal services to get her car out of impound. she said her name was hanna dicky. I got another name from her her brother desean dicky 31. she got mad when i looked up her brothers name. Well anyway money sent to her to get car out of impound. Later it didnt go through because father found out about it. They refused her from getting it out. She said she was in louisville. Phone calls are coming from overland kansas. Later she said was coming to fort wayne to see friends. She had partner or friend calling her Markkette Rodgers. Then she had problems with that because of identification requirements with friend.
She offered to give back money but never did. Last conversation she said she was on the road. I assumed she was headed this way. I texted her and she just sent pictures only. She didnt respond to my questions. She probably knows Im on too her .
