    In Early April, I participated in the unauthorized survey. One of the gifts was for an electronics cigarette starter kit from E-Cigs and vapor Smart CO. 12000 Biscayne Blvd #703 North FL Miami 33181. It was a starter kit for $4.95. I did receive it and was going to give it as a gift. Unfortunately there was fine print somewhere that I did not read that said I will be charged the whole amount plus monthly refills after 30 days. I was charged $109.63(starter kit) and $74.58(first refill). I contacted the company and received information to return the products for a full refund. I received cancellation numbers for both. I returned the products and never got a refund. I called back for the first time in July (I was informed it would take 30 days to refund my credit card) and I was assured that the refund would be within the next week. I never received the refund and have been unable to get back in touch with the company. Every time I call, I get an automated voice recording. Press 1 for a cancellation or press 2 to talk to a representative. If you press 1, it disconnects the line. if you press 2, it advises that all representatives are busy, leave a message, and they will get back with you the next business day. I have left a message once a week since July. No one has gotten back in touch with me.
