    I tried to order online for my husband, two cans of Flex Shot (the company offered on TV and online with a free can of black spray sealant. It was offered at $19.99). W/S.&H. in fine print, (which I read), of $9.99, I also tried to order 12 extension tips and an extra tube of white caulking. I had already entered my Discover Card # and at 'check out' the site would not allow me to change the items so I cancelled out of the site but worried the order could go through anyway. I immediately called to verify if the order possibly posted and knew if it did it would be incorrect. An automated system said to call back during business hours. This was 9:52 pm. 11/15. Since I had entered my Discover Card #, even though I didn't receive any email confirmation on the order ever, I called 11/16 @8:04a.m. and was told I was not in the system but to check back in 24-48 hrs. to modify if it actually did post. I called back 11/17 @12:32p.m., and the automated service informed me the order was in the system and would be mailed out in 24-48 hrs. so I went on to speak with agent Ashton, who said the order was for 4 cans of clear, 2 of white caulking, minus the TV offer of free sealant and extension. The operator would not amend the order but just gave me a sales pitch on the $119 worth of product they were sending regardless and offered to reduce the amount to $97 something. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Delilah(? name). Again my request to modify the order was denied and a return authorization # and a return shipping label from upper management was "escalated(?)", once again in 24-48 hrs. I then called Discover and the charge was pending not posted. I was told by them to check back in 24 hrs. and I could dispute the charges should the company not resolve their transaction charge which I did not confirm on their site and now could not even modify. (Originally, I was just going to correct the order if it went through. Now I don't want to do business with them at all!) At 1:50pm 11/17, I called Flex Shot back once again and the automated system stated that my order would ship out in 48 hrs.! My call was escalated by Ashton to his supervisor, Ko. I explained that I'd just called Discover and the payment was pending so would he just reverse charges and cancel the order which was to be shipped in two days. He apologized for the automated system which was wrong he said as the product had already shipped as the payment had cleared. He then offered a reduction in price of $40 if I accepted the shipment now or he would give me the return instructions. I told him that the wrong shipment was being sent and he told me that it was now 2 white and 2 clear caulking tubes with "free" offer, 12 extension tips AND the free black spray sealant....I would hear from "upper management" in 24-48 hrs. In any case, I refused to accept the offer for obvious ordering and inaccurate order issues. I then called Discover back at 2:06pm and they said it just posted.
