I was in contact with a supposed supervisor named John who was demanding payment or they would be forced to take further action on a 260$ bill from 2015. Anyways I called and said I have 120$ now take it and work with me or continue to do whatever you have to. So he of course took the payment stating WE DON'T SAVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION. I said I would get in touch in 2wks when I got paid again to see what I could do on the balance. He said he would send a payment confirmation. Cool. 2wks go by and I never received confirmation letter and magically the balance was taken out of my acct with the card info that they don't save. So of course here I am with no call back after 4 mssgs and no confirmation that it's been paid other than the multiple calls daily have stopped. I was working with them and didn't deny I owed the money. There was no reason for them to be jerks and lie and take an unauthorized payment. He never asked for authorization to take the amount out of my account or anything. Dick move.Show more

This company has been calling numerous time a day. When I finally spoke with the representative I was told that I owed money to a company from several years ago. The item they referenced was settled by the courts back in 2007 and the person they claim to be collecting on behalf of lost their case, so I owed nothing. Regardless, any claim would be well past the statue of limitations and is therefore not actionable. When I informed the representative of this he said "Well, it appears you are wrong." So I stopped him and told him to remove me from their system, discontinue any other efforts they are engaged in, and discontinue contact with me. If they wanted to file a claim, I have the records so I would see them in court.
This is a zombie debt collector and they have no legal or legitimate basis for collecting any debts. Any claim they make I would view with skepticism. DO NOT give them any current information about your location. DO NOT verify any of the information they have on file.
Received a call that I allegedly made $600 pay day loan in February 2011 which I defaulted on > Told her no such thing ever occurred was told they do not have to provide the name of the company who turned in the complaint but what was scary is that they had the last four digits of my social and my bank account I have put all parties on alert for possible fraud and will also notify all the credit bureau agencies. Do not return their phone calls nor answer them they are truly scammers.Show more
