Hello everyone how are you? I see that I am not the only one who has been deceived by the springwaterpetcourier agency. Now I have to find out if hensons basset hound is also collaborating with the agency. If anyone knows anything I beg you to let me know.
We bought a basset hound puppy from bensons and paid $ 550 and shipping costs were included. The following day we received an email from this agency, Springwaterpetcourier, saying that it is very cold and the puppy has to fly in an air-conditioned transportin, that urgently needs to pay them $ 880 and they give us back $ 800 upon receiving the puppy. Good thing we did not send the money. We told them to pay by credit card and they said that there was problem but the next day they wanted cash. The dog has been in the agency for a week and they do not send it in any way.
I ask you to indicate the web pages where they bought the dogs to check if there is any link between all these sellers. regards
