  • Improper install of oil filter, which was going to have extensive repairs.

    I was told that I needed dye in oil to see where leak was at. Bring back vehicle in few days after dye was inserted. Could not see leak. Gave me a price of oil pan and rear main seal of $1,286.59. I had my oil changed again and continued to leak oil in my garage. I have been there numerous times tires and oil change. The manager was rude. Would not do what I requested. Would not put correct air pressure even when desk person wrote on service order. I then decided that this was getting me nowhere so I went somewhere else and the oil filter was not installed correctly twice so that I would think that I needed more work done. I am 73 years old, single not knowing much about a vehicle so I was depending on this location to be honest. I feel that your company should review your training, including customer service. I did tell the manager that his problem was that he was always right and the customer was wrong. The last time I had a new tire put on my car after air leak. I left there with 37lbs, 30lbs, 31lbs and 29lbs psi after requesting 32lbs in each. Asking for an appointment to rotate new tire to back and manager said you don't need it. This has upset me extremely and I am going to report further if I do not get something done about this.
