They came under the pretense of Computer virus protectors, charging a year's services for $299.00 and then extending it for life for an additional $199.00. After 6 months of a variety of computer problems a new employee came on line and clarified that the US government would not permit them to continue and the had to refund the $498.00. They wanted to go directly to my Bank Account and make a deposit of $498.00 to my account. Wee, My Bank Account is protected by Lifelock and they didn't get in. However, in there attempt they over refunded $5000. Never happened. But, They wanted me to go to a local Western Union business and send back the $5,000. I was suspicious way before this. Yes, I lost the $499.00 and will attempt to get it back from my Credit card.Show more
