  • Failure to pay honorarium

    Did a medical survey. Expecting payment as websit says in 6-8 weeks. It has been 13 weeks and no response. Emailed them and have called them and requested to speak to a manager. No managers available. Left messages for manager and no return call. Starting to see similar posts that I am not the only one with this problem. Pharma companies need to know this and stop paying them. I’m sure they are pocketing the money!! Will be spreading the word and their reputation will be gone soon!!

  • Unsubscribe--good luck

    Have tried to unsubscribe for whole year!!! I get spam weekly from these people and they refuse to honor my request. I've even called. Still receiving emails. This is illegal and harassment. Reporting them to the FTC

  • This company lied to me

    I signed up to take a survey that was gonna pay me $100. I got a phone call from Amber white from m-panels and she gave me an initial survey, which took about a half hour to complete, to see if I qualified for the actual paid survey. After the initial survey, she said I qualified. It was Friday that she called me and she said Monday she will send me the survey. Come Monday no survey. I wait a week before emailing her and said I never received the survey. I received no response. I waited another few days and emailed her again, no response. I waited another few days, emaiIed her again and this time said I was gonna leave them a bad review and still no response. Not the end of the world. They didn't cause too much damage, I just really could've used the $100.

  • Mpanel fraud and scam survey

    I did a migraine survey for them. Was told that I qualified and would be paid. Now a month later and countless phone calls and now they said that I am not getting paid.

Information-harvesting & wage theft! I received an email from px.m-panels with a link to take a 10-minute survey for which I would be compensated $10. Fair enough. The survey started immediately and took 15 minutes to complete, asking for detailed information on medications. At the end of the survey, after completing the form for the $10 compensation with my private personal information, I was told that I was not qualified for compensation.

I've been waiting 3 months and counting they said I would be compensated within 6-8 wks. Noone will return my emails. They did'nt reply to the BBB complaint I filed. I'm owed $75 for a 90 minute phone interveiw of my input on product X. My advise is stay away. They found me through a paid survey site.

M-Panels is a SCAM! I performed several survey's with low honorarium ($20-$75) they paid quickly. Then I performed 4 surveys in 2 months totally >$700+ and they will not pay, respond to emails, or answer their phone. It's been over an year.

I've done 2 surveys with them. Took about 4-5 months to get the $70 visa card but it's been 6 months and I haven't received the $400 one. I've emailed them about it and never received a reply :-/ I guess at least I got one....smh

The got me for 150! I saw on their website page a few people complaining about the same issues but when I messaged them all me proof they deleted all conversations. It's time to expose them. - I want my money too!
