  • Scammer gets victim thrown off site

I started writing a woman named Mary John ( Maybe not her real name ) After a couple of days I was hooked on her. I don't know if it was love. We kept writing each other and it became love letters. Her picture was of a pretty woman of 56 yrs. After the third day, she said she was in love with me. Being a widower of 5 yrs. I became infatuated with her. She said she was in Cairo,Egypt on business.Instead of flying back to New York she said she was flying home to me in Nevada. Then the night before her plane was to depart she wrote me and said she had overextended her funds and could I help her with the money. to get back. I then realize I was being scammed. I wrote and told her so. It broke my heart. So the next day I went back on to see if she had written anything else. She hadn't. So being a heartbroken man I went looking for the other person to make a connection with. There she was again ,it said she had been on the site one day and gave a very interesting profile. ( Leaving out she was a scammer. I wrote her and really laid it on her.several times. I was hurt. What I told her was that I was still stick on her. And wasn't going to turn her into MATCH.Com What an idiot I was. The next day I tried to sign into Match .com only to find out I was kicked off match .com . for what I assumed to be inappropriate behavior . The scammer turned me in instead. Match .com didn't even give me a chance to explain. I tried calling but was closed for the day. I'm the VICTIM and I get in trouble and kicked off for being a nice guy. Tried without a hearing. Match .com needs the girls, not us guys. . .

  • Won't issue a refund all because of one mistake !

Even though I didn't realize I was authorizing a payment, I still feel I got SCAMMED ! I was checking prices for my mother and so I hit the 6 month subscription for 15.99 a month but as they put it 101.94 ! I was on my Paypal and I was going to check if it was going to be a pay after delivery option since I've let my mother use my account plenty of times before BUT I even read the sentence when I saw the amount but I WASN'T going to purchase it. underneath the agree and continue button it said AN ADDRESS IS REQUIRED BEFORE COMPLETING PAYMENT so I hit agree and continue and IT CHARGED me ! I was like wtf it took me to the confirmation number and said she was subscribed and that I will be charged the funds still haven't came out yet but I've emailed them about it and all they gotta say is they can't issue a refund smdh even though my mom hasn't used any of the subscription benefits and even though the funds haven't came out yet. smdh. I KNOW there was a way to stop the funds from being taken out. LITTLE FAKE ASS SCAMMERS. KARMA will get your ASSES. Especially being a single parent this overdrew my account or will once it comes out because match is a MONEY GRABBER.
