  • False prescriptions for me

A woman called me and insisted that I had a previous conversation with her regarding a prescription for pain patches and pain creams from this company. She was calling to tell me that my insurance had approved the prescription. I told her that I had had no such conversation and no doctor had prescribed me any drug of that nature. She became irate and argued with me. She finally slammed the phone down. I called my insurance company. They had no record.
