I ordered carpet from a salesman, M Stickles, from national floors direct: order number 10 10 5 12 on july 22, 2015 & gave a credit card in the amount of $400.00.
Today National Floors Direct delivered to my home: 171 Kimberly Lane in Cranston Rhode Island, a roll of carpeting and padding. I Inspected the carpeting before it was unloaded and told the guys that this is not the quality of carpet that I ordered. The installer said call this number that was on their work order. I spoke with a person named Dan & explained my concern about this lower quality carpeting. For over 15 minutes he insisted that was the order. I said that is not going in my house, what can we do? He was rude and he was a bully. I put my friend Julie , who just pulled into the driveway ,on the phone. She was here when I ordered the carpeting. He yelled and said; " get her off the phone!"....
