    They do not hack, they only take your money. The incredible response is only until you pay the final fee, then they ignore you for days so you can not get the money you deposited to their account back (Red Can serv, wells Fargo), then you receive an unsuccessful report. Big time scammers.

they are still doing it- they just ripped off a good friend for a lot more than you quoted. There must be a way to stop this fraud?

Unfortunately I've been scammed by Neighborhood Hackers a week ago! On 25th of Jul 2017 I transferred the final payment which is $349 to get the final report but never heard from them again. I wish if we could sue them because I just found out that there's a lot of victims out there. Monetary damages: $399.00
