  • UNSOLISTED CREDIT CARD

    $0.00Unresolved

The company sent what looked like a legitimate credit card with a number to activate. Seems like a scam to me. It is noted in small print that this is not an offer of credit.

  • Notable capital Credit Card Fraud

    $0.00Unresolved

Received what looks like a legitimate credit card with a sticker on the front with a phone number for activation. It has our business name on the front as well as the owner's name. It looks very legitimate. The only area that shows it's not real is small print that states this is not an offer of credit on the back bottom. I feel this is a scam to get peoples information. This should not be legal to do as an older person might not know its a scam.

  • Notable Capital Sends Fraudulent Credit Cards

    $0.00Unresolved

They sent me a credit card in the mail claiming "Here is your new Notable Capital Premium Platinum Card" with a credit line of $150k. They put my name and my company name on the card. The card had a "call now to activate" sticker on front, just like a new credit card would have. Neither I or my company requested a card or line of credit. When I looked on back of the letter in fine print it said, "This is not an offer of credit. We reserve the right to verify your financial information and confirm your credit worthiness. Includes but not limited to verifying banking and credit info.

This is a ploy to get you to give your info over the phone and they prey on unknowing people who trust the mail they get.

  • Unsolicitated credit card

    $0.00Unresolved

Received unsolicited credit card in the mail that I needed to call on to activate. The card was listed as valid through 9/16, sent out and listed as a member since 7/16. All I need to do is activate it by calling 1-866-970-9806. I retired from my construction business over 7 years ago. This was sent out in the name of my past business. I will not respond to this by activating or acknowledging receiving card at all. This appears as a scam since I have never heard of Notable Capital or that I ask for this card.

I am in Florida and just got the same card with a $500,000 limit for my organization which represents over half of our assets. Like everyone else I did a quick search on the internet to determine who these yoyo's are. not dumb enough to fall for this scam - especially because it was unsolicited. Anyone else know how to report this scam?

I received the same card as being referenced here. Search of the name revealed this page. I printed the info and attached to the info page received for future reference. Did not make any contact with the company.

Our business also received one. It is only good for 1 month. I thought that it might be a scam is why I am checking it out. I have never heard of this company or bank. The credit line was such a hugh amount. Where do they get the information to send it?

essentially it is a form of advertisement that assumes you qualify for credit. When you reply they run a credit check on you to determine how much if any you qualify for. They say nothing about an interest rate which in and of itself is questionable.Cut mine up!

I got the same card today. I got suspicious because I never applied for it. Also because of the huge amount they posted as available credit. Went on line to see if it was a new bank. Discovered it is not a bank at all, but so called investors. Cut it up immediately.

I wasted over an hour running down what it really was and then destroying the card. Who do I bill for my time? Anyone have an email address for these grafters?

Thank you for your post. We just received the same thing today. It looks just like a new credit card would look like but the name was unfamiliar so I was skeptical right away. I'm so glad I opened it and got rid of it before my boss saw it. He is older (much older) and unfortunately would have fallen for this scam.
