Ordered a sample of anti-wrinkle cream. They piggy backed another free sample before hitting okay. Had to pay $4.95 shipping for each even though shipped in same small box. Saw to charges couple weeks later of $89.63 & $ 80. Looks like two different companies but wAs not. Called them & only wanted me discount of 35percent then when I demanded refund said refund one of charges then 35 percent on second. I demanded a full refund or I would dispute charges with my credit card company . I also mentioned piggy back product & it was a scam. He refunded me all of money back .Show more
I ordered the wrinkle reduction cream on Dec. 10, 2016, under the directions to try it for only the $4.99 shipping charge. I got .50 bottle of cream, and because I saw no results in one week, I did not use it anymore. On January 11, 2017, I found a pending charge for $89.73. When I call the number associated with the pending charge, I was told that this was a 10-day trial period which was extended to 30 days as a favor to me, and all they could do was give me 35% discount and my account could be canceled. I requested they refund me my full amount because it had been more than 30 days. I even told the man that I would ship the bottle back to them which his reply was accepted by me. Because I was on my second call to them on the same evening within 30 minutes, I told "Dee" to give me the 35% discount. She told me that I would see $31.40 credit within 5 to 7 days.Show more
I noticed my bank statement indicated a charge of $89.73. When I called the company they indicated in order for me to cancel I need to pay them $21.06? When I indicated I was just feeding the amount charged they said I needed to call back with my bank representative on the line.Show more
