    Ordered free trial. Saw the ad on facebook .Ordered a sample of anti-wrinkle cream. They piggy backed another free sample. .50 oz each Had to pay $4.95 shipping for each . Advertised like they were two different companies. Called them to cancel and was told they charged me $89.63 & $ 80. for the other. I told them i did not recieve any other product than the free one again This was for .50 ounces of product. And were they nuts to think that .50 ouces of any 2 product is worth179.53 I demanded a full refund. They said wasnt happening women on phone very oh well attitude.

    I ordered a free trial of 4.95 shipping only. I received product and withing a week was billed $89.00. Then I never reordered and was sent another product and charged $89 again. According to their customer service rep, they have canceled all future orders. I complained about not ordering this second product but they were going to charge me the $89 anyway even though I wanted to ship a product back as it had not been opened. Then they proceeded to try and say they had a special of 75% off would I be interested in continuing at that price. What don't they understand about the words "Cancel my name out of you shipping and do not send me any more product!". I continued to complain and they then agreed to credit me 35% ($31) back on my credit card for this last shipment. I took the deal just to get this ended. I told her they got they wanted $190.00 out of me but no more. I hope you read these complaints before you order this "free trial" that will cost you at least $190.00 before you can get this stopped. I told her their statement that shipments would be automatic unless canceled must be very vague since I was not the only one writing a complaint about the same experience. Live, Learn and go out to read reviews yourself before you purchase anything new online.
