I signed up and paid for month. I put in two names to check especially their criminal records because my 19 yr old granddaughter is dating. No records found except their name, age, address etc which I already had. So I put in my son's info who has a criminal record and NOTHING CAME UP EXCEPT THE INFO I PUT IN MYSELF. I called and the company explained they only have info on public records which is available to anyone....however they failed to even have the criminal records which are easily available on our county website for my son.
SO WHAT GOOD IS THEIR SERVICE?? IT DOESN'T PROTECT AS ADVERTISED AGAINST SEX OFFENDERS ETC. because they don't even have the info I can get for free from my local govt sites. SAVE YOUR MONEY and AGGRAVATION. One man they said had no record of any criminal convictions had be in FEDERAL PRISON!! Yet they advertise strongly with the theme their site keeps us safe from predators. In fact, it gave a FALSE SECURITY that these two boyfriends were safe w no known arrests.. Repeat, one man had served a term recently in federal prison..
