I thought I was buying solar panels for.my house. I felt something was wrong when I let the man( Chris EVans ) took a photo of my credit card stating this was for earnest money to seal the deal. then he also asked how Santee Cooper was going to pay the $9600 incentive. After he left I just felt something was amiss. Why would he not know how Santee Cooper Electric was going to handle the check if he had done business with them on other projects? the next day I called the credit card company to see if any funds had been paid out yesterday or that day, all was OKed and I had them change my number and be sent a new card.Show more
