  • Money has been taken from me

    I play an adult game of "pets " on the website Tagged and I usually have my credit card information saved to the computer and one night I decided to buy some gold to put on my account and over the next couple of days I looked at my credit report and there is multiple $50 charges that had been taken out of my account that I had not authorized. It has been two weeks and I have not received my money back after they have told me many times that their billing department will take care of the issue and then the next day it's back to the same problem of no money back and my account is suspended. The company has done this to more than one of my accounts and has charged money for all three accounts with no refund after being guaranteed one to my credit card company but behind my credit card's company back they put a credit on me where if I buy anymore gold they will take the money because they are telling me that I owe them but to my credit card company they admit that the charges were incorrect but then the company turns around put a negative balance on my account that I can not get off unless I pay it off. It has been a back and forth conversation with a representative of the company through emails explaining the issue and the dates in which the money was taken out that I did not authorize occurred but as a result, I am told by the credit card company that they refunded the disputed amount back to my credit cards after their investigation but Tagged put a credit on my account as if I still owe them money and I never owed them money and that was the reason the credit card company refunded me my money and I do not know what to do because they are talking and playing in circles.
