Had a printer problem with computer, called Tech Ginee from website to fix problem. Was sold 3 year service contract, they talked me out of using credit card instead needed electronic check. They have my bank account number and bank routing number. Printer was broken and still is, when I called for a refund for doing nothing within a 3 day window, I was told that was not possible, extended contact for 2 more years and cut $150 dollars off. I needed a new printer and I got a useless service contract that I don't need.Show more
