Called the next day and said we want to give you your money back but we have to go to your bank account to verify that the money has been reimbursed to you. When I said why don’t you mail it to me? he said he would have to go to my bank account to make sure it is put back, I became alarmed and I said no, by that time I had started to let them take control of my computer but then I said I am not trusting this and he said "Let me tell you something" at that point, I hung up the phone and turned off my computer, he tried to call back several times but I did not answer the calls. The next day when i tried to use my computer it would not work. I called tech support and it took us until today 4/16/16 to get my computer back working.Show more
