    $10,000.00Unresolved

I got a cold call and they said check us out and that they can turn 10k into 40k over 42 months. So it sounded good. So they said do your research I did they checked out with BBB and it was a real business, went to website and shows a huge building seemed legit.

I have since talked to VTG's CFO and he explained to me the turmoil that occured in the cell phone industry. It was caused by T-Mobile undercutting the market which undercut Sprint since Sprint did not have the means to compete and VTG was using Sprint in this venture. They had to change the program including investments totally over to Armed Forces Mobile. They are now using Verizon and AT&T, the 2 largest mobile phone companies, so their solvency is not in question. He expects great growth over the next few years. In essence, I reacted too quick before getting all the facts.

This is a scam. I invested $19000.00 into VTG and received $9003.11 back over an 18 month period as monthly income. The last check was in January 2016 (it was suppose to be 1% of sales of 50 stores over a 5 year period). I also invested $5000.00 in Armed Forces Mobile where I was to receive 10% APR paid quarterly for 3 years. At the end of the 3 year term I would have the right to request the return of my money or convert it to notes at a $1.00 per share. This has been in effect for over a year now and I have not received the first cent from them. Now they sent me an offer to take all the money i have invested in both accounts less what they have sent me previously ($9003.11) then add 50% of the remaining amount and give me the sum in shares ($1.00 per share) in Armed Forces Mobile. This is with the stipulation that I give up all my rights in the first 2 contracts I was under. I will definitely fight to get all my money back. Again, this started out as a scam and it still is.

These bullshitters are now hounding people as Armed Forces Wireless. Pathetic. You have to be a moron to invest with someone who cold calls you over the phone. The kid who called us had no idea how to answer the questions we posed to him about the product.
