  • Sending product without order

    I don't know how they got my online credit card, but I simply called to ask about an ingredient in garcinia. Couldn't even answer the question without name an address. 3 days later all their products show up. Contact them, get RMA send it all back. They charged me $135 7 days later and said I never called or returned product. Until I gave them the RMA and tracking with proof that someone signed for it. Then was offered a 35% refund. I said are you kidding me? NO I want every penny back. She put me on hold and said we don't normally do this but we will offer you 75% refund. I said you will refund me 100% or I'm calling my bank and reporting you as fraud. She put me on hold for only about 10 seconds this time and said I'm so happy to tell you we will refund you 100% of all charges because we are a wonderful company and care about our customer. I call BS. They didn't want the fraud report. So I'm contacting the bank anyway to report them, I'm sure there will be no refund. BEWARE*****SCAM*****DO NOT EVEN DIAL THEIR NUMBER
