    I ordered a necklace on January 8, 2016; my cc was charged and they sent an email confirming my order, the email had a link for checking the status of your order. I had not received it by Jan 29, and the status of my order had not changed when I used the link so I replied to my confirmation email asking for an update. On Jan 31st I received an email confirming that my order had been shipped; I received a reply on February 2nd stating that due to high demand, fulfillment was delayed and reiterating that my order was shipped on Jan 31st. They said to allow 10-20 days to receive. By February 23rd I still had nothing so I emailed again asking for an update, I also used the "Contact Us" form on their website; I did not receive a reply to either. On February 27th (Friday) I emailed asking for a tracking number by COB Feb 29 (Monday) or I would file a complaint with the BBB. I did not get the requested email on the 29th so I filed with the BBB on March 1st, I got an email on the 2nd from the BBB stating my complaint had been sent. As of today (March 12th) I have not heard back from any of the emails I have sent nor from the BBB complaint. I have again used the "Contact Us" form and found that the CEO has her email listed so I emailed her as well, it's late and a Saturday so I am waiting to see what comes from that.
